An Eco-Code is an individual statement for the school which outlines its commitment towards addressing priority issues.
The Eco-Code should be simple and easy for everyone to remember. It can be presented in any form: a poem, a song or an acrostic, etc.
The Eco-Code should include the main objectives of your Eco-School’s action plan, highlighting the actions that students, teachers and the local community intend to carry out.
Students should be involved in the development of the Eco-Code. How about holding a competition after the Eco-Committee has shared the results of the environmental review?
